Welcome to High Performance Coaching Company (“HPCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, enrolling in the 90-Day Performance Accountability Challenge, or using any HPCC program or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before participating in any HPCC program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any HPCC program or using our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You understand and agree to these Terms.
• You provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• You are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own decisions and results.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of the Program

HPCC provides coaching, accountability, and performance-enhancement programs designed to support personal and professional growth.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific performance results or outcomes.
• Financial gains or business results.
• Health, medical, or psychological outcomes.
• Prize-winning or challenge success.

Your progress depends on your own effort, decisions, and consistency.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1 Payments

All payments for the 90-Day Performance Accountability Challenge or any HPCC program are processed securely through third-party platforms (such as Selar or other payment processors). By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

3.2 Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Where a promotional offer states that a particular month is free when you pay for two months, this applies only as described and cannot be altered or partially refunded.

HPCC reserves the right to modify pricing or promotions at any time.

4. Challenge Rules & Prizes

Participants in the 90-Day Performance Accountability Challenge may be eligible for prizes. By joining, you acknowledge that:

• Prize rules and criteria will be communicated clearly before winners are selected.
• You must meet all eligibility requirements and submit any required information truthfully.
• HPCC may verify participation, progress, and compliance before confirming winners.
• Failure to follow instructions or meet requirements may result in disqualification.
• HPCC’s decisions regarding prize winners are final.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to, amounts such as ₦1,000,000, ₦500,000, and ₦200,000. HPCC reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue prizes if necessary.

5. Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree that HPCC provides educational, coaching, and accountability support only. You remain fully responsible for your choices, actions, and results.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. You should seek professional advice for:

• Medical or mental health conditions.
• Legal or financial issues.
• Specialized professional advice.

6. Use of Content

All content provided by HPCC—such as worksheets, videos, coaching frameworks, and program materials—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute HPCC content without permission.
• Share program materials publicly or with non-participants.
• Use HPCC content for your own commercial programs without written consent.

7. Program Access & Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Share your login or access credentials with others.
• Disrupt coaching sessions, digital communities, or group spaces.
• Use HPCC platforms for spam, solicitation, or harassment.
• Post or share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

HPCC may remove or restrict access for participants who violate program rules or community guidelines. In such cases, no refund will be provided if removal was due to participant misconduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPCC, its coaches, staff, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our content.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Personal or professional decisions made based on coaching or program content.
• Emotional or psychological responses to the program.
• Delays, platform issues, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

9. Third-Party Services

HPCC may use third-party platforms for payments, email communication, surveys, or scheduling. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or data handling of these third-party services.

10. Termination of Participation

HPCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in any program if you:

• Violate these Terms or program rules.
• Engage in dishonest or harmful behavior.
• Misuse program content or community spaces.

No refunds will be provided where termination is due to your misconduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

HPCC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate jurisdiction in Nigeria.
